April 25th, four students from Olathe North Band competed at Washburn Rural High School for the KSHSAA State Solo and Ensemble Festival. Students Megan Hodges (Trumpet Solo), Ellie Okediji (Horn Solo), and Audrey Lee (Clarinet Solo) all received Superior Ratings. Senior, Ezra Purin (Tuba Solo) received an Excellent Rating. Congratulations to all of these students!
